This Complaints Procedure is to help you better understand how to address and achieve a favourable outcome as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback and strive to maintain satisfaction for all our customers.

  2. We will investigate your matter and provide a progress update and/or solution: up to 21 days for a minor complaint and for a major complaint 21- 45 days.

All complaints are taken seriously and necessary steps will be learned to avoid any similar issues occurring in the future to provide a better customer experience.
